Vendor by-laws are below.

  • By becoming a vendor, you agree to abide by all rules of the Market as and agree to the terms of the Market. You agree to release and hold harmless from all liability the Weare Real Food Farmers’ Market and/or their agents for property being exhibited from any personal injury claims which might arise as a direct result of the vendor’s property being exhibited.

  • The Weare Real Food Farmers’ Market is covered by a limited liability insurance plan. This insurance does not cover product liability for individual vendors nor liability for personal and/or business-related damages caused by your market set up, display, goods, services, or conduct.

  • Our insurance does not cover non-residents to possess firearms on the property. Vendors must place any guns or weapons safely locked in their vehicles.

  • I understand the individual product liability and liability for my market display is my responsibility. I do hereby release the Weare Real Food Farmers’ Market, its owners & staff, and the Town of Weare from liability due to myproduct(s), market display, or conduct.

    We promise a family friendly venue to all community partners. To help us maintain this culture, we expect the following from all who use our venue including vendors or anyone operating on behalf of a vendor.

  • No cursing, derogatory, or profane language

  • No use of hate symbols of any kind including, but not limited to, the Confederate flag or displays using a swastika

  • No consumption of tobacco, alcohol, or any other form of drugs while on the premises: Nobody representing a vendor or partner of Weare Real Food Market is allowed to bring such items on the property, or be under the influence of such items when on the property.

  • No political campaigning or promotion of religious beliefs: We welcome everyone and attract customers of all kinds. This does not mean Weare Real Food Farmers’ Market endorses any one system of belief or political party

  • Threatening behavior, either verbal or physical will not be tolerated

  • Destruction of property will not be tolerated

  • Sexual harassment will not be tolerated

  • Vendors shall not circulate rumors or file false or frivolous reports

  • The Weare Real Food Farmers’ Market holds the right to reject a vendor application for any reason.

  • The Weare Real Food Farmers’ Market holds the authority to oversee and enforce all rules and guidelines on market operation. We may ask a vendor to cease participation at any time for any reason

  • The Weare Real Food Farmers’ Market is not responsible for any loss or damage of a vendor’s equipment, goods, and/or property

  • A copy of all our current policies will be listed on our website. It is the vendor’s responsibility to stay up to date on all of operating procedures
